• Kiwibank hours are 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Other banks hours open are between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines) are available in the main towns of Central Otago (Alexandra and Cromwell) and are accessible 24 hours a day. Credit cards with international debit and credit plans can access ATMs.
• EFT-POS (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale) is available at most retailers and suppliers, and is accessible with most major credit cards.
• Internet and telephone banking is offered by all New Zealand banks.
