Glenshee Park homestead is set in 3 acres of landscaped gardens including a large fountain. Homestays are provided with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a continental breakfast is included in the tariff. The 1970’s Gallery contains a history of New Zealand fashion design of that era. Also on show are 500 Jim Beam decanters, an incredible mounted animal collection: including a large Himalayan Yak and Franklin Mint Heirloom Doll display.

The Gallery is really worth a stop to see the Fashion of the 1970’s. This is a private Gallery originally collected by the late Eden Hore during the 1970’s featuring many of New Zealand’s well known designers of the time. This extensive collection has many Benson and Hedges Award winning garments on show.
