How to create your own Central Otago Product Directory

To create your own personalised Central Otago Product Directory use the MY BROCHURE functions in the left margin of this page. We have developed this Directory so you can create a personalised manual of Central Otago tourism products.

The Directory is created in two parts:

The introductory section provides an overview of all you need to know about Central Otago – including a regional map, frequently asked questions, what makes Central Otago unique, meeting and corporate break information, annual events, suggested itineraries and touring information. This is a high quality printable PDF file – to print this out select Print My Brochure – then click on the tab Introducing Central Otago.

Your personalised list of Individual product is created by clicking the Add to Brochure option – either from the search result page – or from the individual listing page. At any time you can review your list of products by selecting ‘View my Brochure Items’.

Only those tourism operators who work with Trade are identified as Trade Ready Tourism Product in this section of the website. We have listed the products geographically in the following areas – Cromwell / Bannockburn, Alexandra / Clyde, Maniototo (Ranfurly / Naseby) and Roxburgh. Each product has a detailed information ‘fact sheet’ in PDF format. To see this ‘fact sheet’ on screen all you need to do is select the More Information tab – which opens the PDF document.

When you have finished selecting products you have the option to save and/or print both the introductory section and your list of product – by clicking on the Print My Brochure tab – the drop menu provides the options of ‘Introducing Central Otago and My Brochure Items – the PDF documents will open for you to print and/or save once you click on these. We have also created the ability for you to email the list of products ‘to a friend’ using the Email to a Friend option. This will email the list of ‘product’ you have selected to the person of your choice.

Cycle spectacular sections of the Otago Central Rail Trail, fish the Taieri or Manuherikia Rivers or simply escape, relax and indulge in any one of the boutique or heritage accommodation available. ROXBURGH Taste exquisite summer fruits of cherries, apricots, plums nectarines, peaches, pears, berries and apples at roadside orchard stalls. Fish for salmon on the Clutha River and trout in high country lakes, cycle or walk established scenic walkways along the river - a must is the Commissioners Walk.
