Peaceful and magical, Ophir is an historic former goldfields village at present enjoying a resurgence with the popularity of the rail trail (2 Kms).
The cottage is fully equipped and sleeps up to 4 People. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the 2nd Bedroom a Sleepout, attached to the main cottage has 2 King single beds. A Portacot is also available on request. In summer sit out in the cottage garden under the grapevine, or in winter snuggle up in the cosy lounge with the log fire roaring.
In the village Pitches Store, Cafe & Restaurant, situated in a lovingly restored stone building offers excellent coffee and dining, and Blacks Hotel serves superb pub meals. Also, 2 Vintage and Collectable Shops, open during weekends in the summer for a great fossick..
