With accommodation options ranging from standard queen studios through deluxe king spa studio to one bedroom suites there is something to suit all tastes and requirements. All guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms with great showers, firm comfortable beds, fine linens and duvets, and furnished elevated decks to enjoy a glass of Central Otago wine.
Lake Roxburgh Lodge provides a full restaurant to guests serving both breakfast and evening dining. The restaurant is open to the public Thursday to Monday from 6.30 p.m. Bookings are essential.
All dishes created in the kitchen at Lake Roxburgh Lodge use fresh local seasonal produce wherever possible. All eggs are local free range and the coffee served is Fair-trade Organic. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options are available.
You have the option of enjoying your meal in your room, on your own deck or in the comfort of the light and airy restaurant whether it be breakfast or dinner.
Breakfast is optional. Guests choose from the selection at the continental buffet, a variety of cereals, milks, yoghurts, fresh fruit and compotes, breads, croissants, homemade jams, porridge, boiled eggs, ground coffee, tea and juice, or order from the freshly cooked to order a la carte menu, eggs benedict with home-smoked salmon, speciality sausages with hash brown and eggs, creamed mushrooms on warmed ciabatta, all served with hot beverages and toast and spreads.
Offering a seasonally changing a la carte dinner menu, including platters, Hereford steak, NZ lamb dishes, South Sea Blue Cod, delectable chocolate fondant pudding, seasonal fruit desserts and much more suiting all tastes and requirements.
The bar is stocked with a selection of award winning boutique beers as well as a wide range Central Otago Wines, locally pressed fruit juices and soft drinks.
