Strength & Balance Classes are available in several locations around Central Otago including; Alexandra, Roxburgh and Cromwell.
Age Concern Otago began as a community based organisation founded in 1948 to promote the wellbeing and to serve the needs of older people in Otago.
The gentle exercises used in the programme are designed to improve balance, leg strength, general fitness and well- being.
