Whether at an event, on a guided wine tour or self-exploring the different sub-regions around Bannockburn, Cromwell, Alexandra and Clyde, a range of events, experiences and tours offer choices for all.

If you like to fit in exercise with your wine tasting, there are a number of cellar doors closely situated in Cromwell that lend themselves to a walking tour. The Lake Dunstan trail to Bannockburn and Felton Road Otago Central Rail Trail between Clyde and Alexandra both connect to a choice of cellar doors and restaurants making for a fun way to combine two passions.  

 Hosted wine tours are a fabulous way for everyone to relax and enjoy the amazing wines on offer here. It saves you from having to nominate a driver. If you choose a local tour provider, they will most often know your hosts on a first name basis. And look out for locally made craft beers, ciders, juices and spirits at local bars and restaurants, there are some great flavours to enjoy - many of which have a unique story behind their creation.
