Coombes Cottage

Coombes Cottage is a charming self contained historic mud brick cottage located on a sunny terrace 7 km from the historic township of St Bathans in Central Otago, New Zealand

This historic mud brick cottage has been sensitively restored to a high standard, and befitting its pioneer heritage the cottage's living area is timber lined giving a warm cosy feel, with a stunning ceiling of macrocarpa, one of the most eco-friendly timbers New Zealand produces.

The Cottage includes a large studio-type room with queen size bed (extra bed available), and comfortable vintage lounge and dining furniture.

Also a new charming ensuite bathroom with wet area shower, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the deep claw foot bath.

The cottage is fully self contained, has the convenience of free WiFi, and is ideal for self catering. The kitchen includes a benchtop oven, toaster, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, with complimentary tea, coffee sugar etc.

And there is a BBQ.
