The Crows Nest offers a secluded garden setting with rural outlook to the Hawkdun Range and Mount Ida. Stunning Maniototo scenery by day, and by night beautiful starry skies.
The Crows Nest was established when the Otago Central Rail Trail was in its infancy. The local region offers great hill tracks for walking and biking, historic sites and seasonal sports. During the warmer months our popular activities include fishing, swimming, tennis, biking, walking, and golf. In the Winter you can also try your hand at curling, skating.

- Out-door cooking and eating areas as well as a well-equipped kitchen.
- Cabin - 1 double bed, 1single, a small kitchen own toilet.
- Cabins - 1 queen bed, a pull-out single, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
- Tent sites.
- Caravan/motorhome parking with power if required.
- Complimentary tea coffee on arrival.
- Breakfast packs and evening meal packs.
