Manorburn Apartments provide luxury accommodation in the way of a 2 Bedroom Apartment and a Studio Apartment.

Suitable for business people, visitors or anyone riding the Rail Trail. We are situated across the road from the isite and the Otago Central Rail Trail.

The 2 Bedroom Apartment offers a full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, heated towel rail, 2 showers, bidet, toilet and includes a laundry with Meile washing machine and drier. The bedrooms each have a king size bed. Free wi-fi is available with Sky TV and Movies.

The Studio Apartment has a full kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, a toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail and shower. Kingsize bed and free wi-fi, Sky TV and Movies.

Both apartments have tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Along with hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

In addition, there is an inter-connecting door between the apartments, which means the two units can become one 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment for larger groups (6 adults maximum).
